Who is responsible for your data

Pelar Group AB (company reg. no. 559224-8115, Norra Fiskebäcksvägen 101, SE-426 58 Västra Frölunda, Sweden) owns HIRDRA and is the controller of the data submitted on this website. You can reach us at hello@hirdra.com.

This policy covers the website hirdra.com. The HIRDRA service (app.hirdra.com) has its own terms for the companies that use it.

What we collect and why

When you register your interest you give your name, company or artist name, email address, whether you represent a production company or an artist, and an optional message. We use these details only to contact you about HIRDRA and to understand who is interested.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a registration you have sent us yourself. We never sell the data and do not use it for other marketing.

How long we keep it

Your registration is sent to us as an email and is not stored in any database on the website. We delete it when it is no longer needed, at the latest 24 months after you sent it – or earlier if you ask us to.

Who processes the data

The website runs on a server within the EU. To deliver and receive the email we use email services that process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Cookies and logs

The website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking or analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

The server temporarily records IP addresses for operations and to stop abuse of the form. They are kept only as long as needed for that.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Email hello@hirdra.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
